With lots of active buyers and really low inventory, it's a hot market for sellers. And, it was literally quite hot today in Canberra. It was 36.6°C (97.8°F) in the shade at Canberra airport and considerably hotter out in the sun where I was. The camera wouldn't work because it didn't like the temperature. I had to hold the tripod under the tap and run cold water over it, to cool it down. A cloud came over briefly, which helped out the camera. No place for snowflakes out there today.
